model for inferring three-dimensional chromatin structures from
Hi-C contact matrices using Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC)
sampling. The package implements a cluster-based hierarchical
approach that efficiently handles large-scale Hi-C datasets. It
uses Rcpp and RcppArmadillo for efficient C++ integration with
the original HiSpa C++ implementation, enabling fast
computation of chromatin structure inference through parallel
MCMC sampling.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/bioc/actions/runs/28712783576</link><pubDate>Tue, 28 Apr 2026 13:06:36 GMT</pubDate><r:package>HiSpaR</r:package><r:version>1.1.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://bioc.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/bioc/HiSpaR</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>getting-started.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>getting-started.html</r:filename><r:title>Getting Started with HiSpaR</r:title><r:created>2026-01-19 15:14:36</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-26 16:08:19</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
